Through the efforts of concerned citizens participating in the Hot Topics in Education events, the Big Apple Campaign is being revived in May 2025—just in time for Teacher Appreciation Week!

We know that telling teachers they are valued is important, but showing appreciation makes an even bigger impact. Research confirms that recognizing teachers in tangible ways helps boost morale and increases retention. That’s where you come in!

How Your Business Can Get Involved – at No Cost!

We are asking businesses in Coahoma County to join us in celebrating teachers by offering a token of appreciation, such as:
